Join the Junior League of Fort Wayne for our inaugural 'Off to the Races'event! This Derby themed fundraiser features mint juleps and southern fare, as well as raffles, a silent auction, a hat parade, and viewing party when the horses run! The Kentucky Derby...truly the greatest two minutes in horse racing!
Ladies (and Gents) are invited to participate in the Hats on Parade contest and be a JLFW fund-raiser for the day! Contestants are invited to design, create, and show off big, lavish, and colorful Derby hats, and then on the day of the event, solicit votes in the form of dollars to win the title of “Queen of Hats.”
If hats aren’t your thing, get ready to bid on a wide selection of auction items. Proceeds will support The Junior League of Fort Wayne's signature program, First Things First, and community initiatives.
For some southern comfort, guests will enjoy a menu of Derby themed small bites, desserts, and signature Derby cocktails.
Tickets are $50 per person or $90 per couple.
Derby attire is encouraged! (Think big hats, bow ties, dresses...)
